We are looking forward to welcoming you in our wellness resort. A hidden gem tucked away in a beautiful sea-side town Jurmala, in Latvia. Steeped in a history of wellness and known for the healing properties of its pine-scented air, spring waters and curative mud . Drawing on this rich history, our philosophy is based on the belief that all of us are born with a reserve of health, which gets depleted by stressors of the external environment. To reverse the effects of ill-health, we need to replenish this reserve regularly through a holistic approach, combining exercise (The Balans International Wellness Centre), nutrition (MyLife Restaurant) and relaxation (Amber Spa) to achieve optimum health.
