General information
All active Balans club members have the right to block their club card one time, for a period of 2 to 4 weeks.
All club members , when attracting a new member to the club, have the right to get a bonus in a form of an additional month or a discount on the last month’s payment. For more information please contact one of the club managers by calling 67755331.
The club member must activate the card within one month of signing the agreement or upon receiving the first installment. In case the monthly payments were not processed in time, the member has a chance to return to the club by re-paying a guarantee sum.
Balans Club holds the responsibility to extend the membership of the club in case that more than one zone of the club (swimming pool, Russian baths, fitness, SPA) are closed for more then a week.

When becoming an annual member, as a bonus your child under the age of 12, gets a free "Welcome" card.
Children under the age of 12 (inclusive), are not allowed to be on the club premises without adult supervision.
30th and 31st of December, the entrance to “Sokolovskije Baths” are by tickets and
invitations only. Deluxe members have access by prior reservation.
Every club guest must register on the reception of the club, showing an ID card. In case
the guest does not have an ID card at the first visit, it is a must during the second visit.
The administration holds the right not to let in guests that have not gone through the registration process/ Balans Club holds the right to make changes to the class schedules and staff.
Balans Club holds the right to refuse a membership without explanation.
It is only possible to enter the club without a club ticket or membership card (Despite Amber SPA & Beauty) with a club manager or deluxe member.
Balans Club holds the right to exclude members from the club in case of club rules violations, without refund.
